When I think of some of my best Christmas parties, nothing can beat Christmas sweater parties. So dig out that old Christmas sweater, do your hair like you're 60, put on those pearls, grab a mug of egg nog and get ready for the best Christmas party you'll ever attend.

I love this idea for a party! I'm sure my mom has some great christmas sweaters in the archives...
Our friends are planning on having a sweater party this year and giving out prizes for the most hideous sweaters. Reminds me I got to get to DI or Goodwill and find me a good Rudolph sweater that requires batteries.
We are having a cookie exchange party and it would be so funny to have to wear a tacky sweater!
it's true, it's true. those were our best parties. and it's one theme that almost anyone goes along with-which is fabulous!
